About	Maya is the Owner of My architect; she was extremely professional and prompt with her responses. Maya sourced a structural engineer to carry the structural design required for the proposed modifications. Maya provided detailed drawings which gave clients the visual aspect of how the completed project would look. This was amazing because the client was more of a visual learner, and this allowed the client to see what the end result would look like. She was patient and really took the time out to work with them on this project, which gave clients so much confidence in choosing her as their architect. Maya worked closely with client to produce layouts and building regulation submission for the proposed conversion of an attached garage to extend the existing kitchen, create a utility and a 3rd bedroom at their property in Kingswinford.
