| About | Bak Sua Siah Boo Temple is the oldest Buddhist temple located in Bukit Panjang. Bak Sua Siah Boo Temple has a serene environment, allowing devotees and visitors to pray, meditate and relax in peace. This temple was established in 1976 at Lim Chu Kang 19th milestone. It collaborated with Cher Lian Tong Buddhist Temple in 1992 to buy land from the Housing and Development Board to construct Cheng Hwa Cher Siah Temple. The temple houses various deities like Xuan Tian Shang Di, City God, Fu De Zheng Shen, Tiger God, Guanyin, Tua Li Sa Ya Pek, including the main deity Heavenly Empress(Mazu). The temple also conducts many spiritual activities, including Mazu's mediumship consultation. |
