About	'Maharaja Ranjit Singh War Museum' is one of the state's most famous places. Spreading across four acres in area, this museum came into existence in 1999. The museum has 12 galleries with displays from various divisions, such as the ancient history gallery and the history gallery for post-independence. You can also look at the number of battle tanks, anti-aircraft guns, an old Sukhoi, and an INS Vikrant model that visitors can see around the museum. The light and sound display that tells the story of the war of independence and the gallant Punjab soldiers' role is a major attraction of this museum. The museum offers free admission for children below the age of 5 years.
