About	Sarah Johnson Power & Jackie Fitzpatrick run The Yoga Co-op. Jackie is the instructor and director of the Saint John Yoga Co-op yoga studio. They are dedicated to creating relationships with others who wish to practise Yoga. Their instructors guide students through postures, breathing techniques and meditation in a safe and comfortable environment. The Yoga Co-op is a welcoming environment where friends and families gather to share their love of Yoga. They also can arrange birthday parties, team-building classes & private group classes. Their studio welcomes great refreshers or experienced yogis to deepen their yoga practices. Yoga Mechanics will be a step by step in-depth description of each position.
