About	Juniper Yoga is a well-established yoga studio which is located in the mid of Milton. Juniper Yoga strives to make yoga accessible and enjoyable for all, regardless of age, experience or fitness level. The studio currently offers 60-minute classes in Mixed Hatha and Vinyasa Flow yoga, with emphasis on enjoyment, proper technique and safety. Compared to larger studios in the city, Juniper Yoga offers small classes and a more personal approach to yoga. Their instructor will make every effort to understand your goals and any limitations you may have and to deliver an experience that meets your individual needs within a group setting. During the warmer months, classes are offered outside, overlooking 23 scenic acres, including horse paddocks, a pond and tall trees that sway in the country breezes. They invite you to linger after class and breathe in the clean country air, visit the horses and feed them a treat, and walk the cleared pathway through the back forest.
