About	Meadowvale Community Centre features two lanes walking track located directly in the fitness area with a view of Lake Aquitaine. Meadowvale Community Centre hosts a wide variety of programs, including Learn to Skate, Public Skating, and more. The centre has three new International squash courts that offer players an opportunity to fit in a game or two throughout the week. Meadowvale Community Pool is a 25 metre, six rectangular lane pool featuring a one-metre diving board. The male, female and family change rooms are equipped with day lockers. The fully accessible family change room includes a height-adjustable change table. The new warm water therapeutic pool has a comfortable depth of .90 to 1.8 meters with a hydro bench and accessible ramp. Meadowvale Community Centre offers a free 45-minute Orientation Session with one of their certified exercise counsellors.
