About	Leamy Lake Park is one of the biggest urban parks in the National Capital Region. It has a supervised beach, a playground, two volleyball courts, a picnic area and concessions. The park is an excellent place for birding, where more than 180 varieties of birds have been observed. Leamy Lake Park is an attractive spot for a day trip or recreational activities and outdoor sports. It rents canoes, solo and tandem kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, snowshoes and cross-country skis. The park is accessible to cyclists and pedestrians via the Leamy Lake Pathway.
