| About | St Albert Botanic Park is a 5-acre botanical garden that grew out of an idea established in 1990 by two residents of St. Albert who share a horticulture love. The society of friends in St Albert Botanic Park developed this park as a non profitable organization. It is entirely run and managed by volunteers and two summer employees. It is surrounded by the Red Willow Park and riverside trail system that winds through the City. The Park also hosts many outdoor wedding ceremonies and other special community activities and is now a widely attractive meeting place for the general public. St Albert Botanic Park has grown as the jewel of St Albert. The park has welcomed 15 000 to 20 000 visitors per year. |
