| About | The Central British Columbia Railway and Forestry is a historical museum located in Prince George. It was opened in 1986. It provides an attractive, informational, and exciting industrial heritage attraction in a comfortable park-like setting. The captivating history of Prince George is recreated back to an era when railroad and forestry were the lifelines of the region. It has many old buildings, trains, and equipment to explore with some prestigious carriages with solid connections to BCs history. The Central British Columbia Railway and Forestry has more than 60 rolling stock pieces of ten heritage homes and more minor artifacts. They also have a small indoor area that has a gift shop and some displays. |
