| About | Vancouver Island Military Museum preserves the Canadian military forces' culture and identity through research and displaying historical artifacts. It has gathered a magnificent collection of military memorials and artifacts from the War of 1812 right through to Canada's Afghanistan involvement for more than a quarter of a century. It is home to a Veterans Wall Of Honour which recognizes the service of Canadian and Allied Veterans. Vancouver Island Military Museum encourages you to visit more than 25 exhibits and display Canada's military's proud history and traditions. It offers free admission for children under 12, veterans, and currently serving members of the RCMP and military. |
