| About | Halton Heritage Services is a historical museum that preserves the material and cultural heritage of the Halton Region. It offers a beautiful atmosphere for indoor and outdoor activities at the Niagara Escarpment foot near Milton every season of the year. The museum's site consists of six historic houses and is surrounded by a pond and magnificent antique black walnut trees. The Hearth rooms feature all modern amenities-full catering service, air conditioning, wheelchair access, and a modern catering kitchen with 1870 facilities including a sizeable open-hearth fireplace, hand-held wooden barn beams, and authentic fieldstone walls. Heritage Services offers seasonal on-site and travelling exhibits and public programming. |
