About	Via Tevere Pizzeria is a real Neapolitan pizzeria, starts in a small palazzo on Via Tevere. Later they have learned about the importance of food in the Neapolitan way of life. Napoletana is praised for its rustic simplicity and its traditional woodfire cooking method. They made their pizza with the celebration of Neapolitan ingredients. In Naples, basil is placed on top of the pizza before cooking. They prepare pizza dough by hand-stretching without any mechanical support. They use their traditional wood-burning oven for baking pizzas.
