About	Alison Gray graduated from McMaster University. She is a McKenzie Therapist and Certified by the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada. She focuses on pelvic pain, recovery of the pelvic floor, pre and postnatal physiotherapy, and continence teaching. Alison has completed numerous pelvic health courses with Pelvic Health Methods, has a Level 2 qualification in The Hypopressive Process, completed pelvic girdle treatment courses in The Rost and low back pain throughout pregnancy. She has training in coping with sexual dysfunction and has completed training in Bulletproof Your Core with Antony Lo to aid women in fitness, crossfit and HIIT programs with their pelvic floors. She provides assessment, diagnosis of your specific problem & treatment all in one session. Alison is currently working at Stratford Physiotherapy Centre.
