The Museum of Antiquities is one of the few university-based Classical and Medieval antiquities collections in Canada. The Museum offers an opportunity to research ancient works, currently exhibits a wide variety of Greek and Roman sculptures, and has a Near Eastern collection. It aims to provide an accurate and informative account of major Western civilizations' artistic accomplishments and epochs from about 3000 BC to 1500 CE.
