| About | Shadbolt Centre for the Arts is an award-winning multi-purpose building situated in Burnaby's picturesque Deer Lake Park. The Shadbolt Centre is named after acclaimed painter Jack Shadbolt and his wife Doris Shadbolt, curator, author and art educator. All of the museum's work displayed on the walls are from students and is routinely changed, so there is always something inspiring to look at. The place also runs a full slate of art classes for both children and adults. The Soaring community space has a beautiful spacious theatre with comfy seats and excellent sightlines. Shadbolt Centre For The Arts is a striking building in a gorgeous natural setting and a great live theatre and music line-up. |
