About	Hokkaido Ramen Santouka is a part of a chain Japanese noodle restaurant, the buzzing specialty of ramen in pork bone broth. It is one of Robson Street's best restaurants, located far west of the shopping center. Hokkaido does have a happy hour (3-6 pm) with somewhat cheaper Ramen dishes. They also offer a special sheet per month and some options for combinations. Customers can enjoy this ramen bowl, which stands out for its delicious taste, aroma and soft flavour. Hokkaido Ramen Santouka is licensed with a small selection of sake and beer. You can choose from four kinds of pork broth ramen bowls (Shio, Shoyu, Miso, and Kara-Miso) and mini rice bowls (Negi Meshi, Ikura Gohan, Grilled Salmon Gohan, and Chashu Gohan) at differing price points, though all are served with half of a hard-boiled egg and edamame.
