The atmosphere is hip and pretty trendy. The staff is welcoming and professional. Imadake is known for its informal and fun atmosphere. The menu is diverse as much for the drinks as for the food, and they have everything to suit different taste buds. Their distinctive ramen dishes are top-notch and easily beat other local ramen spots. They have the most extensive selection of sakes and Japanese beers in Quebec. They started serving the "Sake Bomb" and the accompanying chant.
