About	Orangetheory Fitness is a one-hour trainer-led full-body workout. The gym provides heart-rate-based interval training in a fun & energizing group environment. They run approximately seventy classes per week. Their Members burn, on average, between 500 & 1000 calories in the workout and, because of their afterburn effect, will go on to burn for up to 36 hours post-workout. Orangetheory Fitness also has bikes and striders available as alternates to the treadmill. Your coach can offer choices for any movement if you have injuries or limitations.
