About	Orangetheory is known as excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). Orangetheory is a science-backed, technology-tracked, coach-inspired group workout created to offer results from the inside out. Their group personal training helps build strength, surpass workout plateaus, increase energy, tone, & shape your body. During a session, you will perform focused 10-30 minute intervals that use your whole body & stimulate your metabolism. After the training, your body will continue to burn more calories as it tries to recover from the strong bursts of activity. The gym has bikes & striders as replacements for the treadmill. If you are used to a challenging workout or not, their trainers will inspire and offers you options to push past your limits.
