About	The Next Step Life Fitness Center is a multi-purpose personal training facility that is excellent for all fitness levels. The studio delivers quality training from certified trainers. They can work with other wellness professionals (physiotherapists, osteopaths, RMTs, etc.) to make sure they afford a program to help advance your rehabilitation. Their nutritional therapy practitioner, Brandi Venne, offers nutritional guidance and coaching to heal people through proper nutrition. Membership starts at only $56.50 per month. Men and women’s change rooms, showers, and massage therapy facilities are available. All new members will receive a free personal training session to help guide them through the equipment. The Next Step Life Fitness Center has no contracts, no sign-up fee, and no cancellation charge. Book your next session with a friend and they will receive a one-month membership for only $40 (save $16.50).
