About	'Le Select Bistro' is a traditional Paris bistro that serves classic French food in a relaxed atmosphere. The bistro is situated in downtown Toronto on the north side of Wellington Street, just west of Spadina Avenue. Chef Albert Ponzo has designed the menu at Le Select Bistro with the belief that people should eat fresh, local food from a unique environment. He chooses the most nutritious ingredients grown or raised without pesticides, antibiotics, synthetic fertilizers, hormones or growth promotants. 'Le Select Bistro' offers a choice of alcoholic beverages. You can also choose from more than 1,200 different wines and 95 beers from around the world in the wine cellar to pair with your meal. They have two private dining rooms, and each seating is about 35 guests. They are open for brunch every weekend and on long weekend days. Le Select Bistro has vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free menu options.
