About	The Port Moody School of Dance offers a fun, family-oriented and educational environment for students of all ages wishing to pursue the art of dance. The dance school has 14 amazing teachers, four caring and loving receptionists, and ten wonderful student teachers. The academy offers a competition and exam program for students interested in putting extra dedication and time into the love of dance. Their exam teachers have been trained and qualified by the Cecchetti Society of Canada (Ballet) and the Canadian Dance Teachers Association(Tap and Jazz). The Port Moody School of Dance has been involved in the community for many years, participating in Golden Spike Days, senior citizen homes, PNE and field trips to local pre-schools. The dance school is fully equipped with ballet barres, wall-to-wall mirrors, professional sound systems, sprung floating floors, a filtered water fountain, a large waiting room, TV for siblings to watch movies, a change room, and lockers.
