About	St. Eugene de Mazenod Parish was established after years of serving as a rented protestant church. The church was built to serve countrymen and women who settled in the community. Their parish groups were formed to serve the community and lead choirs. Meetings were held in the church to publish and distribute protocols prepared by the secretary. The first-ever celebration of midnight mass was held in Brampton. The church faced many renovations and expansions over the years. Now the church has a building that serves as a rectory, parish office and a chapel. The church made manifest to the world on the day of Pentecost by the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. St. Eugene de Mazenod Parish believes life is a journey of faith-filled with love, hope, growth and service. They are committed to the Gospel values of Peace, Justice and Reconciliation.
