Dr. Jay is graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West. He is the founder of Shephard Health. He holds an advanced certification in Active Release Techniques. Since 1998, Dr. Jay has been an active instructor of ART. Dr. Jay has more than 20 years of experience in the assessment of injury and biomechanical dysfunction. He provides Graston Technique, manual and sports therapy, along with corrective exercise rehabilitation for the individuals.
