About	Solly's Bagelry is a family-owned bagel shop founded in March 1994 in Eastside Vancouver. It is a Jewish family bakery and deli that offers a wide variety of traditional Jewish baked goods and deli items. From the first day Solly's Bagelry opened, the smell of fresh bagels filled the air all along Main Street, a neighbourhood consisting mainly of pawn shops, antique stores, and the odd greasy spoon. Solly's Bagelry features world-famous cinnamon buns, mandelbrot, knishes, blintzes, challah, chocolate Babka, Rugoleh, strudel, meringues, macaroons, and so much more. They specialize in offering Salmon Shmear on a Bagel made with low fat 19% cream cheese, and wild west coast lox bits whipped up to make a delicious salmony spread. Solly's Bagelry currently has three retail stores within Vancouver. Enjoy their mouth-watering deli meals include lox and cream cheese, pastrami and corned beef sandwiches, and delicious soups, including homemade chicken soup with matzo balls.
