The Bagel Oven features two lines of specialty bagels, including vegan bagels made from 100% plant-based ingredients and whole wheat bagels. All of their bagel and breads are dairy-free. The Bagel Oven prides itself on constantly developing and updating its bagel's flavours while keeping favourites for the customers. Their bagels made rolling, kettling, and baking traditional Montreal style in a wood-burning oven using handpicked hardwood.
