About	Pure Sukha Hot Yoga is a well-established yoga class available five days a week. Aneak Cannon is an Experienced Yoga Instructor and is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. She is a certified ERYT500hr / 50hr Yin Yoga / YACEP and 100hr Level 1 ACROVINYASA Instructor. Aneak has taught internationally and been an Apprentice Teacher Trainer for Absolute Yoga Academy in Koh Samui, helping train and guide new students to become Certified Hot Yoga Teachers. Aneak has been practising yoga since 1996 and teaching yoga since 2012. Aneak’s intention is to create a welcoming environment in which students can move freely, feel good, have fun, challenge themselves, be inspired and learn what is important and true to their own body and mind.
