About	Kawana Aquatic Centre has five heated swimming pools purposely built to cater to all means of the pool industry, including learn to swim, junior squads, competitive swimming, water polo, diving, and adult fitness. The centre is surrounded by beautiful gardens and seating areas for your swimming destination all year round. Their experienced coaching team led by Michael Sage gets a high level of coaching expertise and dedication to all the swimmers. Kawana Waters Swim Club and its coaching team support Swimming QLD's Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model; the training model aims to ensure that young athletes are introduced to certain types of training at the appropriate time. Their training sessions will provide swimmers with the skills and stamina needed to set their sights on competing at their chosen level, masters or national level.
