About	Dr Mark Hanikeri completed medical training at the University of Western Australia (UWA) in 1993, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Surgery. He completed 4 years of advanced training at Royal Perth Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and Royal Brisbane & Woman's Hospital in 1999 in plastic surgery. He obtained a Fellowship in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery from the Royal Australian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in 2004. Dr Mark Hanikeri served as a Plastic Surgeon Specialist at SCGH until 2018, and now focuses on his private practice at the Assure Cosmetic Center and the Western Australian Plastic Surgery Centre. In 2006, Mark started serving as a visiting medical officer at the Albany Regional Hospital. Since then, he has provided care to the Great Southern Region and continues to provide care to public patients at the Albany Regional Hospital.
