About	ADAPT Martial Arts and Boxing Academy is an excellent place to begin your martial arts journey, offering you or your kid an array of benefits, mentally, physically, emotionally & socially. Kosta Skrapis is the owner and head trainer of this academy, and he holds a 4th Dan in Taekwondo and 3rd Dan in Hapkido. Over his career, Kosta placed first in the national ISKA World Cup in Showmanship, 1st place in the Australasian Titles for Xtreme Forms, Xtreme Weapons and Showmanship, 1st Place in the International Sports Karate Association's Coffs Harbour Challenge in the Xtreme Forms, Xtreme Weapons and Showmanship categories and 1st place in the NSW State Boxing Titles. Classes are available for teens, women, men and kids three years and up. The academy also offers the chance to learn martial arts skills, develop self-confidence within a fun & supportive family atmosphere.
