About	Southern Cross Tang Soo Do was started in Mackay over 20 years ago by Master Gordon Rickard 6th Dan when he moved to AU from England on a journey to teach and share his experience of Tang Soo Do throughout the world. Tang Soo Do teaches both physical and mental training, which includes the application of coordinated agility, power, dynamic mobility, whole-body endurance, flexibility and special awareness to complex body movements. Tang Soo Do is suitable for all ages from 6 and upwards & provides a firm basis for personal advancement, health, and fitness. Tang Soo Do adheres to the traditional path of self-control by instilling self-discipline & social responsibility in its members.
