About | Sea Cliff Bridge is one of seven off-shore parallel-to-coast bridges in the world located in the northern Illawarra region of New South Wales, Australia. The bridge was named by Makenzie Russell, who was an eleven-year-old student, following a naming competition opened to local primary school students. It also falls in great migrating view of Whales heading north/south during migrating season. The bridge is astonishing to witness the majesty of the Pacific Ocean from the sea cliff bridge, and it is a scenic bridge with one side facing the mountains and the other side facing the ocean. The bridge itself is unique due to its balanced cantilever design and is approximately 456 metres long. You can also see picture boards along the way that describe the history and making of the Sea Cliff Bridge. It offers a great view of the Sea Cliff Bridge and the coastline. |
