| About | Greenmount Homestead is one of Mackay's most famous historic attractions designed by William Sykes. The homestead comprises an early 20th century Queenslander house, heritage gardens, and several outbuildings. It is a single-storeyed timber building that houses original furniture, fittings and artefacts which belonged to the Cook family.
