| About | Ku-Ring-Gai Chase National Park is a beautiful place to have a family picnic, and parts of the park are suitable for cycling, fishing and bushwalking. The park is distinguished by 15,000 hectares of flourishing rainforest, rocky cliffs, mangroves, Tribal sites, picnic areas, and secluded beaches. Ku-Ring-Gai Chase National Park combines important history with scenic beauty. Many tourists arrive here from Palm Beach on their pleasure boats for a lovely quiet afternoon in the sun. Ku-Ring-Gai Chase National Park surrounds the coast, rainforest, bushland and part of the Hawkesbury River. Hikers can walk through the rainforest about 500m and also Wahroonga walk track about 5m. It also has many different walks and hiking trails to go on. |
