He conducts classes including Body Pump, Body Attack, Body Step, GRIT, FIIT45. The gym has over 20+ pieces of cardio equipment and life fitness branded equipment. Fitness Focus' pin-loaded resistance equipment range is safe and easy to use, designed for beginners, rehabilitation and seniors. They play motivational music in the fitness centre comfortable for all ages. This split-level area offers all its members a wide range of heavy-duty machines for building strength.
