Their group fitness floor is fully sprung and cushioned for your comfort and safety, & their instructors are some of the most experienced in the industry. Many of the machines have internet connectivity, inbuilt motors and online music videos. They have lots of choices for membership, families, couples, students, the pool only and off-peak. They go to great lengths to ensure that people of all ages, shapes and sizes feel comfortable at Cityfit.
