About	Amberjacks is a family-run fish and chip shop located in the heart of Cottesloe, where consumers eating in the restaurant have fantastic views of the beach. They only source their fish from Australian and New Zealand waters. They use a premium oil blend of Vegetable and Canola, filtered daily, giving fish its trademark taste and colouring. They can prepare grilled fish “no flour” on request, and the chips can be cooked gluten-free. They regularly make school groups, corporate lunches, birthday parties, sporting groups, and even a couple of weddings. In addition to fish, they sell homemade Greek and garden salad and their signature coleslaw salad. They also make homemade sushi by their hardworking staff on weekends.
