About	Dr. Edward Danson is a consultant interventional cardiologist in Wollongong, NSW. He graduated from the University of Oxford. He is also a senior lecturer at the Univ of Wollongong. He is trained in coronary and structural heart conditions and provides some of the area's latest and most innovative treatments. Dr. Edward trained in medicine at Oxford University and has a PhD in cardiac physiology from Oxford. Dr. Edward also practices all aspects of general cardiology and implants permanent pacemakers and defibrillators. He has a particular interest in complex coronary interventions, aortic valve interventions and research into novel uses of guidewires and imaging catheters. Dr. Edward Danson works in Wollongong Public and Private Hospitals and consults at The Cardiac Centre.
