About	Dr Ahmad Zakariyya graduated from the University of the Punjab, Pakistan, with Gold Medal in 2002. He finished his initial medical training and received membership with the Royal College of Physicians in 2007. He finished his physician training in Queensland and cardiology training in Melbourne. He is a Member of the Royal College of Physicians, UK, Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, and he is a fellow of the Fellow Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh and Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand. He has a special clinical interest in stable and acute coronary syndromes, structural and valvular heart diseases and adult congenital heart diseases. Dr Ahmad is well published and has presented research findings at numerous national and international conferences.
