About	The Proprietor is one of the oldest cafes in Albury, NSW. They source their ingredients from the backyards and paddocks of local gardeners and farmers. The cafe serves one menu all day with a variety of dishes that can be eaten as breakfast, brunch & lunch. The Proprietor has undergone many facelifts, but the renovations they've completed mark one of the biggest changes ever seen. The cafe has fit out the shop using as many recycled materials and equipment as possible while not forgetting function, style & ambience.
